An Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus was found in San Clemente less than an hour after someone stole it Tuesday afternoon.

No word on whether a terrorist had attached a bomb that would explode if it reached speeds under 30 mph.

Actually it was one of OCTA's 24-passenger buses, not a full-sized model ala Speed.

The driver took a break while parked near Avenida Vaquero and Calle Guadalajara around 2:50 p.m. when someone apparently hopped aboard, started 'er up and drove off. The driver had left the keys in the bus, according to sheriff's investigators.

After the stolen bus call came in, deputies found it parked several miles away in a residential driveway in the 200 block of Terramar. The thief was long gone.

Just like Dennis Hopper (R.I.P.).
