I personally knew this kid and he was not a threat at the time. I think the problem here was that his single mother was always working and the only role models he had were the older homies from his neighborhood i don't think any of this would have happened if he would've stayed living in La Habra moving back to the eye of the storm was not a great idea. The kid was tough and i hope he is able to save himself and delete all the bs the streets taught him. May God bless you Tank

doesnt this have to do with being a target of undercover "detail" harassment?..... usually perpetrated by the authorities?... its embeded in thuglife culture and the kids taunt each other to stoke each others thug ego sub-personality..... "what you stare-n at homes!"... so you say, "a little snitch............"

i know from being homeless that people will come out and basically babysit you while your in public. often this leads to alcohol use, rage or violence... its a violation of ones psychological well-being to be deprived of privacy and whatever because someone might have concerns.. sends the spooks.. essentially handing out marching orders....   so you know.. i end up having to tumble my mac addresses, change my user agent... cookies?.. disable updates.... etc etc... facebook? sad... sad.. what a curse!  cause they will come out and have coffee with you... and always very serious people... always well dressed... well funded... but it makes things very creepy and uncomfortable... they do this to people in corporations as well...is not the garden of eden.. and who throws people names on these lists?!!??? undercover eugenics and ethnic cleansing clergy..... was the little homey selling dime bags? was the neighborhood planning some psychological operations on the boy? trying to find his breaking points... cuz they dont like the site of his saggy pants?

i really do not what to make of these kids killing kids/adult trials. on the one hand, they do need to be punished. even if you are a kid, you do not receive a slap on the wrist for committing murder. once you take a life, it is gone forever.

on the other hand, i think the family life needs to be looked at. when violent offenders this young commit q major crime, something is wrong some where, and it's usually the home. he needs counseling while serving his time in prison. it's a shame that we have a generation of kids who do not get to finish their childhoods and end up incarcerated. they will go from bad to worse. everything begins in the home, and any fixing needs to start there. 

Lock up this pendejo's parents too!
