Moxley is doing...something...so I'll step up to the plate and use his Orange County Sheriff's Department bat to smash Sandra Hutchens' crew anew. After all, this one writes itself!

On Sept. 30, sheriff's deputy Mario Manuel Castro had a few too many at a Costa Mesa bar while off-duty--like, three times the legal limit too many--and decided to drive home around two in the morn. He ended up in the city of Orange, driving on the wrong side of the road. Straight toward a police car belonging to the Orange Police Department. With a cop in it. Tee-hee!

This wasn't the first time Deputy Castro had driven under the influence--he was convicted for the same crime in 2009.

If it were you or I, Castro would've been charged with fucking with the Orange police for swerving toward their way--some type of street terrorism, no? Anyhoo, the Orange County District Attorney's Office charged Castro today with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a prior, one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol .08 percent or more with a prior, and a sentencing enhancement allegation for having a blood alcohol level over .15 percent. If convicted, Deputy Castro faces a year in jail. Fun! Court date is Nov. 16, at Central Court--see you there!

They only reason he gets to keep his job? His union, that's why. If he didn't have one, it would be much easier to fire him.

Wow.  Good job Sheriff Hutchens.  This idiot had a DUI conviction as recently as 2009 and still employed as a deputy?  I'm wondering what he was even doing behind the wheel of any car.

I remember a guy I grew up with in Santa Ana.  He became a deputy in his late 20's, caught a DUI and got the boot from the Dept. quick, fast and in a hurry.  Then again, this was in the early 80's when Brad Gates was in charge.

How that driving on the wrong side of the road and directly at a marked cop car is not a felony, I don't know.  If that was you or I Gustavo, or any of these other people posting here, we'd probably be cooling our heels in the county right now with an astronomical bail.

If youve ever been to a big protest like the 2000 DNC in Los Angeles, youll be sure to see those people in Yellow vests with civil rights observer written on the back. I think we shold have some of those people in orange county jails to observe so peple dont get beaten to death anymore by steroid raged deputies.

I say we start occupying Tony Racks office until this deputy receives the same punishment as anyone else would get. And then I wouldnt break up the occupation until the deputy involved in the chamberlin murder is charged as an accessory in the least. Then I wouldnt leave until those two fuckers who murdered an 18 year old girl because she had a knife.

This is his second offense (well if proven guilty) so does he keep his job upholding the law and all?
