Claudio Huerta Martinez, Accused of Sex with Little Girl, Beats Stiff Competition for Week's Ugliest Mug

Claudio Huerta Martinez, pictured at right, whipped them all.
Brothers Cristobal Ortiz Rodriguez and Eduardo Ortiz Rodriguez would have been in the running but our post on the disgusting crimes they are accused of went up before their mugshots arrived. Here they are now:

The girl apparently told a friend, and word spread to her parents and eventually school police, that between September and October of 2008, Martinez assaulted her. When cops questioned him about it, he made "incriminating statements," according to Santa Ana Police Department Cpl. Anthony Bertagna, the agency's spokesman.
Martinez is being held without bail on felony charges of sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child younger than 10 years old, oral copulation or sex with penetration with a child younger than 10, and lewd or lascivious acts with a minor.
Those crimes actually harken to the ones blamed on the Rodriguez brothers:
