Sobriety Checkpoints in Buena Park Tonight, Westminster Saturday Night

Buena Park Police's DUI/drivers license stop will be at the intersection of Stanton Avenue and Beach Boulevard from 7 tonight to 3 a.m. Saturday. Cops there note that over the past three years, DUI collisions have claimed three lives and resulted in 126 injury crashes harming 83 community members.
The Westminster checkpoint will be at Westminster Boulevard and Edwards Street from 9 p.m. Saturday to 2 a.m. Sunday.
Funding for checkpoints are provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
