Hell's Kitchen is a rat-hole, biker bar. It enjoys what it is and if you don't like it, show that with your wallet and eat elsewhere.
Your comment is analogous to criticizing someone for complaining to the police for being robbed. "Why are you complaining, trying to stir up trouble?" Come on, if these guys are going to publicly display their ignorance then they have no reason to whine when they get called on it.
Muslims don't wipe their ass barehanded; they use water first to wash it (think who created bidets) and then dry it with paper towels. If you're blessed to visit the middle east and come back; most likely you'd bring one with you.
