Subject: A thank you and a goodbye
To my friends and colleagues,
I was informed yesterday afternoon that after a long and crazy run, the June issue of 944 Magazine -- which hits the streets today -- will be its last. While this news does sadden me, I have enjoyed my time here and all the efforts we have put into pushing the boundaries and expectations of this book and its audience. I have been lucky enough to work with all of you as well as an incredible staff along the way, and I can never thank any of you enough for the experiences that have been bestowed upon me because that.
While I have yet to decide my next adventure, I'm looking forward to taking on new challenges in my professional life and I hope that means our paths will cross again in the future. Thank you again for everything, and please feel free to reach out to me for any reason.
The Las Vegas edition of the magazine may survive in some form
, but all other editions, including OC's, is done. Time to start archiving those soon-to-be vintage copies. Maybe.
