It is alleged that between March 2005 and October 2006, Garcia met two women through the site billed as "the world's best and largest dating site for successful singles, admirers and friends." He is accused of creating a personal profile claiming to have an annual income over $200,000 and describing himself as "sophisticated, charming," and "strikingly handsome."

With both women, a date was arranged and the couple would go back to his apartment. There, he allegedly forcibly sodomized one of the women and sodomized and raped the second woman. He is also accused of doing the latter with a third woman he met at the post office, where she worked. The victims ranged in age from 22 to 45.

The assaults were reported to the Irvine Police Department, which investigated and ultimately arrested Garcia.

He is charged with six felony counts of sodomy by force, two felony counts of forcible rape, and he faces a sentencing enhancement allegation for forcible sex crimes against multiple victims.

If convicted, Garcia could get up to 120 years to life in state prison.

Oh sure, he isn't responsible for his actions. I mean, he did it, but it wasn't his fault. You are completely right, personal accountability is  rediculous and "the system" is the real perp.

And those whores. How dare they not want to take it in the ass. Which is exactly where that guy hopefully gets it everyday while in prison. Because we all know they had every reason to lie about what happened. It's a perfect conspiracy against him. In fact, he should sue them for everything they've got for damaging his good name. Maybe you could help him fund that lawsuit. If you can't, have him call the ACLU. There's no doubt they can spin this whole situation somehow to make it seem like those women violated his right to take the booty anytime, anywhere.

Finally, yes, we are murders. People kill people everyday. And, the state of California has the death penatly. Thank God. They only real travesty is that this total peice of shit is not eligible. But the sensible ones  can all hope someone on the inside can take care of that.
