• Allow me to educate your ignorance. Based on the ratios in 2010 in a study done by Gutmatcher Institute out of 61 white teenage girls who become pregnant 23 of them will perform an abortion, while out of 123 hispanic teenage girls who become pregnant only 22 will perform an abortion. In other words 38% percent of white pregnant teenage girls will have an abortion while only a mere 18% of hispanics will perform the latter. Concluding that my girls stand up to the responsibility and have the child they conceived while your girls get slapped in the wrist and are taken to the abortion clinic to make everything all right. Read a little, and then speak. Ignorant pig.

• Stereotypes most often have an element of truth to them -- this one has a large element of truth to it.

• What about that spiced coffee with the brown sugar from the cone?

• That's certainly true, but in California, in 2008, teen pregnancy among 'Latinas' was 66 per 1000 girls/women, but among Anglos 15.4. The whites in even the most 'redneck' states -- Kentucky, Alabama -- have lower teen pregnancy rates than Latinas in enlightened Cali. You can look all this up at the Centers for Disease Control website.

• Coffee in Mexico comes in two flavors: He-man strong and instant nasty. Adding a ton of milk and sugar makes it palatable, even delicious. So what you're witnessing is either an old habit dying hard or an acquired taste. What's frustrating about it? That 7-11 coffee counter is a mile wide.

• You know that its also a huge hispanic stereotype, right?

• You know teenage pregnancy occurs in a lot of races, cultures and whatnot, right?

This maddening exercise was foriegn to me before moving to Cuernevaca. Milk, being scarce is a comodity in the coffee! Fuckin' A it's frustrating.
