Zachariah I. Ramirez, Paroled Murderer from Anaheim, Nabbed in New Mexico with Loaded .38
As part of his parole, Zachariah I. Ramirez, 20, was not supposed to leave Orange County. But the Las Cruces Police Department received a tip that he might be in town, possibly at Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
Officers found him at the bar there Thursday and took him outside, where he told them about the loaded .38-caliber handgun in his waistband.
He was later charged with being a fugitive from justice, carrying a deadly weapon in a liquor establishment, possession of a firearm by a felon and illegal possession of a deadly weapon
This weekend, he was being held without bond in a Las Cruces detention center pending extradition to Santa Ana.
