Jason Davis Busted for Druggin' In Zooport 2 Nights After Saying He Was Clean on Celebrity Rehab

~~A day~~ Two days after the airing of a Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew reunion special on VH-1 that featured Jason Davis professing to be clean, the grandson of billionaire Marvin Davis and brother of Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis was apparently arrested Thursday night in Newport Beach for possession of a controlled substance.

TMZ has the scoop (and booking photo).

Davis was reportedly held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

"Jason was honest about struggles with his sobriety on the reunion show," a disappointed Dr. Drew Pinsky tells TMZ. "Hopefully, now that there are legal consequences, further treatment will be mandated, which he desperately needs. We care for him deeply and are here for him."

further treatment will be mandated, it does not work that way the person doing the drinking and using has to want to get clean you can't force it down someone throat. It's like the person who say's he or she stopped drinking and drugging for there spouse that person may look and act clean but inside they are not because as soon as the wife, husband children job etc... is gone they will be back out there doing what they never really wanted to stop doing. Myself included AA NA were both a big waste of time for me it was all me who made the choice to quit drinking because one day not to long ago I woke up and said to myself I'm fucking tired of feeling hungover and I have not had a drink since and I do not miss it not one bit because I no anytime I want a nice cold refreshing beer it's only 2 dollars away.

I agree with you Bitter, as the income gap widens, there are 2 sets of laws developing. One set for the wealthy or Politically Connected and another set for the rest of us.

He'll get slapped w/ a $2000 fine & 1/2 hr of community service (like Paris Hilton did in a ZERO TOLERANCE state.. while on probation).. in court.. right before some poor black/white/mexican kid from Santa Ana (with thee exact same rap sheet & charge) gets sentenced to 7-11 years state prison time.. WATCH! (SERIOUSLY!.. go to court & watch how it works.). I'M NOT SAYING HE/ANYONE SHOULD GET EVEN ANY JAIL/PRISON TIME (IT DOES NOT HELP!), BUT AM SAYING THAT IT'S F_CKED UP HOW HARSHLY THE POOR ARE PUNISHED AS COMPARED TO THE RICH/WEALTHY!!! Paris' sentence was just a complete disgrace to the entire so-called "Justice System!"
