And while you’re speculating (what would I expect from you?) the gunman targeted and killed Judge Roll because the judge dismissed the counterfeit case concocted by the racist anchor baby group MALDEF, which alleged that a rancher cooperated with the Border Patrol to detain thousands of illegal aliens and drug runners on his Arizona ranch, was a conspiracy to establish a racist militia whose objective was to deny Mexicans their right to travel.

Judge Roll threw out the conspiracy complaints against the rancher, his wife and his brother, dismissed the claims brought by ten of the illegal aliens who were now in the US, disappeared and never showed up to testify. Judge Roll explained that illegal aliens have no constitutionally protected right to travel in the US and that people, like the rancher, who live in close proximity to the border can make a reasonable assumption that large groups of people they encounter hiding or trespassing are doing so with the aid of smugglers, a federal felony for which private action is authorized under Arizona citizens arrest and criminal trespass laws.

The ranch featured established illegal alien trails that were littered with trash 10 inches deep, including human waste, used toilet paper, soiled diapers, cigarette packs, clothes, backpacks, empty 1-gallon water bottles, chewing-gum wrappers and aluminum foil - which is used to pack the drugs the illegal alien smugglers give their clients to keep them running.

Was Mr. Levin dispatched last April when illegal aliens threatened they will Use “Shovels and Axes” against Americans in armed rebellion last August after signing of SB 1070? How about the threat of civil disobedience after the DREAM ACT SCAM was defeated? What about the racial hate demonstrations by millions of illegal aliens in our streets every May 5th, the day this country celebrates law?

Is he looking into hate groups such as The National Council of La Raza, The Brown Berets, MEChA, Mexica Movement, La Voz de Atzlan (speaking of anti-Semitic), Movement for a New Anahauc, We Hate Gringos, LULAC’s WeAreRacists.com, the unapologeticmexican.org (el machete), or numerous La Raza organizations?

Since the attacks in Tucson, 36 American citizens were murdered, and 39 were killed by drunk-driving illegal aliens.

The question for those who turn a blind eye is because they are of the same race: why codify hordes of reckless lawbreakers and pander with negligent faint-hearted pleasantries, and a book of wet matches?

A lot of news articles are calling it an act of terrorism, many of these articles also go on to say that no motive has been found and that he's been known to act out in the past. Is it really an act of terrorism if the guy was mentally unstable?And is it an act of terrorism if he was just "trying to make the world a better place"? I have no political view on what happened except for this. I do believe that it's very disappointing that this would happen, but what do you expect with how the world has grown. There's still going to be weeds with the flowers.

Brian Levin knows his stuff, but his "Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism" is a one-man show. It has no staff, no phones (calls go to the CJ Department secretary's desk) and the only e-mail address for this "academic center" is Levin's free AOL account.

The "Center's" website languished for 8 years until Levin finally updated it in August of 2009, and it hasn't been updated since. The "Center's" main online presence is hosted on a free blog site, rather than a csusb.edu server.

The "Center" produces no academic studies of its own, and when it is linked to any other study, the contributing author's name is always "B. Levin". Any first year journalism student can verify all of these claims with a few clicks of the mouse.

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a legitimate academic research center to at least have its own phone number, a paid staffer to answer said phone, and an official csusb.edu university e-mail address, rather than relying on the "Director's" free AOL account.

And at a university the size of CSU SB, how hard would it be to find a student intern to update the "center's" website?

This "center" exists solely on Brian Levin's letterhead and CSU San Bernardino's recruiting materials.

The really sad thing about it is that Mr. Levin really DOES know his stuff, and unlike his former employers at the Southern Poverty Law Center, he has NEVER used his letterhead "center" for financial gain. Mr. Levin does not need this front group to give him credibility.

Just read various public information and make your own opinion. As I have stated, Gustavo is a talented writer. His downfall is that he sees the dollars that trail in the wake of such human flotsam as Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and he wants what they have. He doesn't see the moral terpitude of being a so called minority and stirring the flames of racial hatred with incendiary rhetoric.
