Scott Peterson Accused of Sex Crimes with OC Teenager
The Orange County District Attorney's office is prosecuting Scott Peterson for having an alleged unlawful sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl.
I know what you're thinking: How could Peterson, who is on death row in San Quentin State Prison for killing his pregnant wife and dumping her corpse in the bay, have a relationship with anyone other than a fellow inmate?
It's simple.
This Scott Peterson isn't that Scott Peterson.
The Peterson in this latest alleged crime lives in Anaheim and is a decade older than the 38-year-old killer.
According to the DA's office, Peterson--a high school Spanish teacher--engaged in public and motel sex with the Orange High School student and now faces eight felony charges. He's out of jail on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 30.
