Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' OC Home Sells For $4.5 Million

​The oceanfront home in Sunset Beach where Sandra Bullock sometimes lived with her cheating biker boy ex-husband Jesse James has been sold for $4.5 million, the Register reports.   

James purchased the 3,626-square-food, four-bedroom, four-and-a-quarter bathroom property for $3.5 million in 2003. After he decided to relocate to Austin, Texas, the house was made available in April at a wildly optimistic $6,750,000.

The Academy Award-winning Bullock owns properties in LA, Tybee Island in Georgia, New York City, Austin and New Orleans.
