Comment by NUEEARDENTE: At the national, state and local level's Attorney Generals (good luck with our new one hah!) should be filing for injunctions (apparently without naming specific members), applying the RICO Laws, and every other legal tool in their arsenal to take the gang banging scum off the streets.
Gangs are basically urban terrorists and should be targeted and treated as such.
Or we could just rename Santa Ana as:
"Little Ciudad Juarez"
