Perhaps hoping to steal some collegiate thunder, Cal State Fullerton is holding an event where dodgeballs will be chucked at homeless youths.
Check that: balls will be chucked to benefit homeless youths.

Game time is noon Saturday and the public is invited to watch. The registration fee is $5 per player (6 players per team). General admission is $5.
Besides balls flying and bodies dodging, the event includes live performances and an opportunity giveaway.
