Playboy Mansion is Classroom for CSUF Co-eds
Surrounded by celebrities, Playboy Playmates and Las Vegas showgirls, students from Cal State Fullerton worked a recent event at the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills.
Features editor Carolina Velazquez gets the scoop in the Daily Titan student newspaper.
The Titan Public Relations Group, a student-run public relations firm and arm of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), helped organize the fourth annual Leather Meets Lace motorcycle-themed charity at the mansion Saturday.
"We actually got involved with them in a kind of very interesting way," Samantha Loyola, the 20-year old director of Titan Public Relations, tells Velazquez. "I'm in charge of client relations so I started calling places . . . and then all of a sudden (Titan PR) is going to the Playboy Mansion."
Gabe Medeiros, a 25-year-old group member, left the "high-stressed environment" with four letters of recommendations.
Only a Playmate cell phone number would be more coveted.
