Frank used the forum to campaign for the re-election of Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-Anaheim) and to proclaim the virtues of partisanship--especially when it's serving Democrats.
Not everybody appreciated Frank's remarks. On one of our earlier blog posts about the event, an anonymous commentator left an anti-gay death threat against the congressman.
