Taylor Lautner has reportedly settled his legal dispute with an Irvine RV dealership.

And Twilight's Jabob Black did not have to do one push-up to do it.

The Orange County Register (via the Associated Press) reports McMahon's RV owner Brent McMahon will pay $40,000 to Lautner, who will in turn donate the money to the Lollipop Theater Network children's charity.

Taylor Lautner's lawsuit will not live to see a new moon.
McMahon's attorney Adam Obeid reportedly sent out an an e-mail that states, "Although McMahon's RV publicly denied all allegations and was prepared to defend the lawsuit, Brent McMahon decided to resolve the matter for the benefit of charity. Accordingly, the parties mutually agreed to settle their dispute by having a donation made to The Lollipop Theater Network."

Lautner sought $40,000 in his lawsuit, which claimed a $300,000, 2006 Affinity Country Coach trailer he'd bought from McMahon's was not delivered to a movie set by a June 21 deadline.

That prompted McMahon, 47, to challenge the 18-year-old actor known for his rock-hard abs to a push-up contest.

The loser would donate $40,000 to charity.

But not before Lautner dropped his suit.
