| Dinh: Strolling into prison |
Just ask 44-year-old Thuy Thi Dinh.
This week, Dinh learned that her conviction and three-year prison sentence was upheld by a California court of appeal.
If caught by store employees (which occurred), Dinh's backup plan inside T-Shirts & More in Tustin was to claim she'd forgotten that she'd placed more than half a dozen shirt inside the stroller.
The excuse might have worked except for one pesky fact: Dinh is a serial shoplifter.
