Joe Arapio is Served, California Still Illegaler

Call it delicious irony. Or "See, I told you so." But the same day the feds sued "America's toughest sheriff," human rights pariah and failed OC sheriff kingmaker Joe Arpaio, a new study came out showing more illegal immigrants reside in California than in any other state. And even when you compare percentages, 'Zoners finish in a distant fourth.

BOO-YAH!

The Pew Hispanic Center report found that, despite a nearly 4 percent drop in the state's illegal population, California in 2009 had: 2.55 million illegal immigrants; nearly a quarter of all illegal immigrants in the United States; the undocumented ones making up 6.9 percent of the Golden State's population.

For all the Arizona holler, that ferkakta cacti state finished behind not only Californification when it came to percentage of illegals but Nevada (6.8 percent), which also boasts looser slots, and Texas (6.5 percent), which also boasts looser women.

Arizona's illegal population? A measely 5.8 percent.

But it's a dry 5.8 percent.

HAH! California has 5.8 percent living between its sofa cushions.

In the words of Stephen Hawking, "neener-neener."

Nationwide, illegal immigrants composed about 28 percent of the foreign-born population in '09, according to Pew. The rest of the foreign born are Canadian actors living in Hollywood.

By the way, illegals are just like you and me: their unemployment rate in March 2009 was 10.4 percent. Buddy can you spare a dime . . . and a green card . . . and a fucking job.

The reports comes as the U.S. Justice Department filed a lawsuit against Arpaio claiming the Maricopa County, Arizona, sheriff is defying an investigation into his agency over alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures, and jail policies that discriminate against people with limited English skills.

As he does at home and abroad, Arpaio drew a crowd of protesters to Anaheim in November, when he stumped for Orange County Sheriff candidate Bill Hunt.

Hunt wound up finishing third a distant second in a three-person race.

Say goodnight, Joe.
