• We U.S. Citizens have been denied our representatives with discrimination and have been treated differently than similarly situated individuals, and there is no rational basis. Yes I am in court suing the county, however, in order to attempt to stop politicians common ad hominem unjust inaction, our case is only being sent through a serious of frivolous motions, and parts have been dismissed without considering �genuine issues of material fact.� According to the supreme court this is a violation of our due process rights. Yet even though the arrest records were made by cops not aware that they should have ignored the calls, after they made the arrests, amidst witnesses to the crimes, this man is still allowed to stalk crime victims. Since filing the civil law suit, local Elected Sheriff Jeff Neves has stepped down, and former Board of Supervisor Helen Baumann's attempted run for legislator in Sacramento was intervened when she was caught committing wire fraud by the Sacramento Republican Party. The two witnesses who alerted the plaintiffs, had discovered that a member of the Republican Party in El Dorado County, namely Board of supervisor, Helen Bauman, committed wire fraud to deprive the Constitutional Rights of her constituents for personal gain. She named elected sheriff Jeff Neves, and other elected officials as conspirators, evidenced in a document provided by Two Witness who stepped forth with the evidence known as exhibit A1 and A2 on file in the federal case. The first witness was Bob Berger of the Sacramento Republican Party Committee, who received the wire fraud on September, 25, 2007 by Baumann using deception and fraud in an attempt to hide her criminal acts from the committee she met with a week earlier on September 13 2007 in a bid for legislator position in their district. When a whistle blower who became a separate crime victim while this guy was out on bail started complaining, El Dorado County under a newly elected D.A. started a vigorous campaign to hide their liability by simply undoing what D.A. Gary Lacy had done as an unbiased D.A dolling out equal justice. When Lacy lost the election they immediately started retaliating against the crime victims to silence them and they denied them equal protection of the law without rational basis, and in a discriminatory manner! Death threats, assaults and vandalism were ignored by these officials, in a clear denying of the new crime victims bill of rights by obstruction of justice and witness intimidation and threats, all mobster type actions by the state and county. Now in Orange County California, a similar incident had taken place. However, official ratification of corruption by inaction is jurisdictional.
