• I just left OCJ and i am disgusted with what I witnessed while there.. From the physical abuse to making people beg for toilet paper and even falsifying write ups....HELP ME STOP this please. I watched an old woman get her head smashed into the glass door in the recieving/booking area for NOTHING! She couldnt see with out her glasses and the deputys smashed her head repeatidly into the glass to teach her not to bump into them. Spanish speaking woman almost got beat for not speaking english! HELP ME PLEASE! I understand this is jail but a human being is a human being.Can someone please help me to vocalise this and stop the abuse?

• Another example of the OCDA and OCSD are protecting the public and putting the public's safety first... The drug raid in Garden Grove (6500 block of W. Chapman Ave) on June 1, it was on all the local news outlets, as well as a few national networks. This is the one where, along with everything else, they found a couple of pipe bombs that the OCSD bomb squad had to deal with. There were 6 arrested, but only 4 were charged, with numerous felonies each. According to the OC Court website's Case Search, all charges against these people were dismissed in entirety by June 17th, and the case "closed". The names of those who had been charged are: MYLENE BUI, MICKEY APOSTOLOVIC, JAYSON ROBERT WOOTTEN, TODD ANTHONY AMBROSE. Something is terribly wrong with this picture. I think the public has a right to know exactly why these people, who obviously have no regard for the lives of others, are able to walk away without being held accountable for their actions whatsoever. Just like those in the OCDA's Office.

• Thanks OC Shernanigans... have never heard about the other Anaheim PD officer Jason Rosewarne. I cannot help but wonder if Anaheim Police officers that are charged with crimes somehow receive "preferential" prosecutorial and judicial favors. Afterall, DA Rackauckas' Chief of Staff Susan Kang Schroeder, is married to Michael J. Schroeder, who led the OC Sheriff campaign on behalf of Anaheim Police Chief Craig Hunter. Frank Farsad and Carlos Melendez, were charged with lewd and lascivious sex crimes against minors in the City of Anaheim. They are free to roam society thanks to some type of prosecutorial or judicial pay back. Brad Wagner obviously has something up his sleeve in trying to withdraw his May 2010 guilty plea. Maybe he and Jason Rosewarne will both escape accountability in an OC court of law -- THANKS TO A CORRUPT DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND HIS CHIEF OF STAFF! (All opinion of course) How long will the OCDA and the OC Sheriff place the interests of justice and the public's safety at their lowest priority? Looks like another 4 years to continue corrupt law enforcement, since Hutchens and Rackauckas were both re-elected. Cannot help but wonder who is profiting from this type of evil corruption. It is obvious that children, adults, families and employees will be the ones that are denied the fair administration of justice.

• Maybe the OCWeekly can check on the Wagner situation and find out what's going on with once-again fugitive ex-Anaheim cop Jason Rosewarne. Looks as though Rosewarne tried to get his probation terminated (must not have been successful) and then became a fugitive shortly thereafter. He has an active warrant (per OCSD website).

• OC Sheriff Hutchens' press release explaining the in-custody death of Gregorio Torres was "due to pre-existing medical conditions. His death appears to be from natural causes", sends up red flags and I cannot help but wonder why Mr. Torres and Michelle Marie Gee, who both died in-custody in 2010, were not granted the same legal privilege that a former Santa Ana Unified School District teacher, LEE DINNIE HENRY was granted last week. HENRY is a former teacher in the Santa Ana Unified School District, was sentenced to 5 years probation (NO JAIL TIME), by OCSC Thomas Goethals, on July 20, 2010 after pleading guilty to multiple FELONY sex crimes committed against a minor male in 2005. Jack Earley, Henry's attorney, publicly stated that Henry was recovering from back surgery and it would be best for all involved if he was only sentenced to probation. Do you think Wagner was granted special treatment because one of his attorneys is Kay Rackauckas, DA Anthony Rackauckas' ex-wife? Personally, I have NO CONFIDENCE in OC Superior Court judicial officers, the OC Sheriff's Department, the OC District Attorney, the OC Board of Supervisors and the attorneys that represent them in courts of law. 1. RICHARD RAY CARROLL and DAVID BURTON EGERT, were both arrested after an Amber Alert was issued on June 12, 2010 because of the disappearance of a 14 year old girl from Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. As to why both men were released, soon after their arrest, we may never know. There is obviously some type of big secret amongst OC's law enforcement and government leaders. 2. BRADLEY STEWART WAGNER pled guilty in May 2010 (arrested in November 2005), and was scheduled to be sentenced on Friday, 7/23/10. Wagner's bond was "exonerated" last year, long before he pled guilty in May 2010. Is it possible that preferential treatment is repeatedly granted to Kay Rackauckas (ex-wife of DA Anthony Rackauckas) and her clients? 3. DENIS LYONS, former Catholic priest from the Diocese of Orange, was also charged with sex crimes against a minor, in 2009. Lyons is represented by the infamous Gary Pohlson, Esq., and was scheduled for a pre-trial conference yesterday, July 23, 2010. It appears the PTC was continued. Note to the public: Lyons' criminal case most likely will last another 5 years. Most likely Lyons will die before the case ever goes to trial. The OC Sheriff and the OC District Attorney have NEVER explained the "special prosecutorial treatment" related to lewd and lascivious criminal charges that were filed against MICHAEL KARL SANDOVAL and EVAN MOLINA, former teachers at Santa Margarita Catholic HS, and FRANK FARSAD and CARLOS MELENDEZ, former teachers supervised by the Anaheim Union HS District. At least the convicted individuals were not murdered in the OC jail and still have healthcare available to them, if needed.

• Natural causes? I thought the average life span for a male was 78.

• Did that ex-cop turd from Anaheim PD get sentenced today? Looked like there have been some delays. Why?

• How nice of Sheriff Hutchens to notify the public about Mr. Torres' death of natural causes. Why didn't she issue a statement when Michelle Gee allegedly committed suicide while in custody?
