| Oh, that Cindy Crawford is the Cindy Crawford who was arrested. |
As you can see in the photo at the left, while she is attractive, no one would confuse her for the more famous Cindy Crawford.
A citizen's complaint of suspicious activity launched an undercover investigation of Lincoln Day Spa, which is located in Ste. E at 6971 Lincoln Blvd., according to Buena Park Police Department spokesman Sgt. William Kohanek.
The business advertised itself as a therapeutic day spa with such services as acupuncture and various massage styles. However, undercover officers posing as customers were offered various sexual acts for an additional price with their massages, Kohanek said.
Several violations of solicitation of prostitution witnessed by the cops led to Thursday's raid, arrests and confiscation of business documents and money, according to Kohanek, who also noted the day spa in a busy strip mall was closed and "red tagged" by the city Code Enforcement Office.

| Also arrested were (from left): Hanh Thi My Nguyen, Nghi Nguyen, Tuyen Thuy Nguyen and Timothy Tuney Pham. |
Timothy Tuney Pham, the day spa's 39-year-old owner from Huntington Beach, was arrested on suspicion of operating outside the scope of a legitimate business.
All five were released on misdemeanor citations.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges are being sought by the Buena Park city prosecutor, according to Kohanek.
If Buena Park has a "Dude Looks Like a Lady" law, Pham may be in trouble for that, too.
