​"Most people tend to overdo it out here, but it doesn't have to look like a mega-mansion from Orange County."

--Successful technology company entrepreneur Bill Nguyen, 39, in this month's WSJ magazine feature ("La La Land") addressing the difference between Orange County's reputation for McMansions and the incredibly classy waterfront home he built in Maui. Nguyen immigrated to Houston with his Vietnamese parents in 1969. He reportedly sleeps only three hours a night.
