John Patrick Rogers Could Get 25 Years to Life for Allegedly Keying Neighbors Car

The previous strikes against Rogers stem from convictions for assault with a deadly weapon in 2002, according to the Orange County District Attorney's Office, which adds he also has a restraining order against him and prior convictions for misdemeanor lewd conduct in public and misdemeanor reckless driving from March 2003 to May 2004.
"We've arrested him I don't know how many times," Huntington Beach Police Lt. Russell Reinhart tells the Huntington Beach Independent.
Rogers was arrested Oct. 18 for allegedly keying and denting his neighbor's vehicle, a crime that could fetch two to three years behind bars if one was convicted with no previous strikes.
He also is also charged with contempt of court for disobeying court orders stemming from a separate incident, reports the Independent.
