--Congressman Dana Rohrabacher (R-Huntington Beach) expressing his logic this week to The Orange County Register's Dena Bunis in an article outlining efforts by California Democrat senators Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer to permanently ban West Coast offshore oil drilling in the wake of the ongoing massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. Rohrabacher is prone to boneheaded statements. Several years ago, he guaranteed that Arnold Schwarzenegger's governorship would end the state's fiscal mess. Thanks in part to Schwarzengger, California is on the verge of financial collapse.
