News Flash! Dana Rohrabacher is Spontaneous!

Reporter Christina Wilkie wrote a sweet little post ("Rohrabacher's Triplets Get a Sweet Surprise") based on a Twitter entry made a day earlier by Dana Rohrabacher.
"Taking triplets out 4 spontaneous gelato b4 heading back 2 DC tomorrow," Rohrabacher--or an aide--wrote.According to Wilkie, the Orange County congressman made a "special stop" in Newport Beach on Sunday.
Wow! The self-styled "Surfin' Congressman" is such a good, fun daddy--self-admittedly "spontaneous," too!
The entry got us thinking of all the missed opportunities Rohrabacher had to issue more informative tweets, like when he hooked up for special meetings with his pals: convicted lobbyist swindler Jack Abramoff, convicted swindler and ex-Huntington Beach Mayor Dave Garofalo, convicted kid rapist and longtime Rohrabacher congressional aide Jeffrey Scott Nielsen, and Erik Prince, the ethically dubious owner of Xe Services LLC, formerly known as Blackwater USA.
Or, even better, the congressman could have detailed the time he tricked Robert F. Kennedy assassin Sirhan Sirhan to grant him a prison visit by pretending he was a woman.
