UPDATE: The Orange County Coroner has identified the 20-year-old man shot to death in Fountain Valley Sunday as Waldo De Paz, Jr. of Irvine.
Paz had apparently been partying nearby when Fountain Valley cops got a call at 12:07 a.m. that shots had been fired and a number of people had scattered in the 10400 block of Margarita Street.
Officers arrived to find Paz lying face down in front of a home, already dead.
Police have released no additional information.
