Public sightings of SanTana Mayor-por-Vida Don Papi Pulido are rarer than a Floral Park resident bogeying the night away at the Inn Step, but a source snapped this shot of the city's grand don at the Gypsy Den. Happened recently. The source insisted the lady next to Don Papi was councilwoman Michelle Martinez, but we refuse to believe that she would sell herself so cheaply to the SanTana machine she so valiantly fought two years ago...
