The illustration from our blog/blog recap.
The U.S. attorneys representing Barack Obama et. al. in Orly Taitz's Pamela v. Barnett lawsuit just filed a motion opposing Taitz's attempt to move the lawsuit from Santa Ana to Washington D.C.

The main grounds for the opposition? The case no longer really exists. Judge David O. Carter has already killed it--multiple times.

"This action has been dismissed in its entirety; the Plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration has been denied; and this Court has clarified that Its October 29th Order dismissing the action was with prejudice," the attorneys write. "There is no longer any extant action before the Court which can be transferred."
