Octomom Wins Court Battle in Orange County Today

• Gloria Allred needs to go back where she came from (hopefully not OC)!!

• In addition to his short stint as a Mousketeer, Paul Peterson played the son, Jeff Stone, for 9 years - 275 episodes - of the Donna Reed show. His Octomom effort may have been misguided, but Paul has done a lot of good work for child actors.

• Talk about a pyrrhic victory.... No one really cares in the least about this creepy woman -- although everyone worries for those 14 trapped kids. Toxomom may consider these kids merely an inconvenient but bankable accessory to her fauxlebrity ambitions. But they were the ONLY reason to have such a repulsively maimed cosmetic surgery mannequin appear in the media. She is now unsalable old news --with 17 years of childcare to pay for. If she had played her cards correctly, right now the country would be cooing along with a famously maternal her about these eight very different personalities. Instead of watching in horror as she awkwardly just keeps from dropping them while she paws them like a baboon. Their own mother can't even tell them apart at nearly a year. The really interesting question is why this deranged creature fixated on having children in the first place. She has never for even a moment appeared to have any real interest in being a mother, just ineptly playing at being one for photo-ops. So why keep on clutching these kids who really do need to have a parent -- and are now being served by minimum-wage nannies instead? None of which who have training in dealing with special needs kids and can't bring much to child development issues. which is why the older kids seem so unhappy and undisciplined. and since their father is rumored to be another well-off local doctor--not the fertility guy, why can;the foot the bill instead of the taxpayers. But now that we know about all those frozen embryos and how she did NOT use them,despite saying using them was her original motivation, we can at least figure out how she might have been getting the money she's squandered. By being a human incubator to an amorally reprehensible Frankenavra. A DECADE of being on fertility drugs, often overdosed. 12 separate courses of fertility treatments. When most fertility specialists fear to put patents on more than a few months because of the long-term dangers.Not to mention the very high dollar amount. Looks very possible these kids might end up being orphans by the time they reach their teens. Reproductive cancer is a truly dreadful thing to bring on yourself. Not to mention what she's already done to her kidneys and blood pressure from 6 very close together pregnancies and that last litter-drop. And all the chop-shop surgery , starvation and diet drugs. And how is bringing this on herself not the justice that brings such consistently terrible judgement full circle.

• It is about time someone put Gloria Allred in her place! That woman is evil, and only wanted to get those babies and have them adopted by her "Angels in Waiting" group. Let Nadya be a mom to her children, she has done nothing wrong!

• Since Gloria Allred lost this judicial effort, do you think Fox News will cover the story? It is obvious that Fox News serves as the wings beneath Allred's wings.

• I think attorneys Gloria Allred and Orly Taitz should become law partners in a new firm, Allred & Taitz. They make a great pair of attorneys who exploit and abuse the U.S. court system for self-serving financial agendas and grandstanding in front of the public. Think about the case precedent that would have been set in stone if the appellate panel had not reversed this obvious judicial error by Orange County Superior Court Judge Gerald J. Johnston. Someone needs to investigate potential conflicts of interest and potential public corruption ASAP! Let's hope that the appellate justices continue to clean up the abuse of discretion by Orange County Superior Court Judges. Still waiting for the Catsouras appellate ruling--where the Mayor of the City of Lancaster, Rex Parris, Esq., wears two hats.... Mayor and attorney who represents a CHP officer who leaked horrific photos from the tragic accident that killed Nicki Catsouras on the toll road. Would love to ask Parris how he would feel if an employee of a government agency leaked a photo of his daughter who lost her life in a car accident. There is something very wrong when attorneys protect individuals from wrongdoing for wrongful acts that defy common sense and human decency.
