​Press reports on the affairs of golfer Tiger Woods named the ritzy Island Hotel near Fashion Island in Newport Beach as the October 2009 spot the Cypress native bedded Jaimee Grubbs, a 24-year-old Los Angeles cocktail waitress (pictured) who told US Weekly she carried on a 31-month affair with Woods. In text messages reportedly between the two, Grubbs wrote, "Get your tight ass over here and visit me!" Woods replied, "I will wear you out soon." On a later date in advance of the Newport Beach rendezvous, Grubbs asked, "Is it Orange County time yet?" I wonder if our slutty ex-sheriff-turned-felon Mike Carona had his stable of women asking the same question.
