​Bayron Reyes Lopez (pictured in sheriff's custody) was allegedly under the influence of narcotics this week in San Clemente when the 26-year-old:

• Gruesomely choked to death a small dog
• Poured coffee over his head
• Stripped and ran naked around a tennis club before his capture

...According to a Dec. 31 article by Orange County Register reporters Salvador Hernandez and Brittany Levine. Authorities say the 5-foot-3 Lopez has worked as a maintenance worker for three years at the Rancho San Clemente Tennis Club. Whenever his high dissipates, he'll awake in jail facing two felony criminal charges for vandalism and cruelty to an animal.
