I accept full responsibility for the choices in my life. They are behind me now and I have moved on with my life without christianity as a part of it. The TBN environment encourages addiction, alcoholism, and sexual promiscuity making TBN a difficult place for a Christian to work. Moral values and straightforwardness are ridiculed with snide comments. Employees that object to TBN�s unorthodox methods are terminated. Most of the people terminated from TBN were terminated after experiencing a few dinners. If the employee does not fit in with the drinking crowd, the employee is gone. The drinking dinners provide an opportunity for the Crouch family to size people up. These dinners have left people very drunk and on many occasions criminal behavior has resulted, then kept quiet. Sexual assaults in Orlando, Hendersonville, Costa Mesa, and oversees have gone unreported in the news media. The staff members stay in fancy hotels and go drinking with the bosses every night, while spouses are at home alone. TBN overlooks adultery and addiction among the staff regularly. The manslaughter that has resulted from the long-term TBN party is no surprise to many of the TBN insiders. It is unfortunate that Pastor Steve was involved because it could have happened to any one of a number of people that left dinner that night drunk. It seems TBN is too big for any change to take place unless God intervenes. TBN should provide a driver for the staff to get home after a night of drinking, as any responsible company would do.
