Oh Look, Another Teacher-Student Sex Crime

• Marc was allowed on Savannas campus after he graduated ( my counts was like 3 years at least..01-03) He would show up, grab some girls, & get away with it. Who ever hired him (i have a good idea) was definitely breaking some major rules! I hope they lost their job, too! This is just disgusting to me because it could have been prevented in so many ways: stricter rules for on campus people, 30 emergency credential crap , etc. Obviously AUHSD has not changed much since I graduated.

• Marc is a graduate of Savanna c/o 2000. I entered Savanna the year after he graduated, he would show up & hit on girls even well in to my Junior year. He was disgusting. I feel horrendous for the girl but its about time this happened to him! Sick dude!! If that answers your question: He is a graduate of AUHSD

• how about if we give them a home office, an ankle braclet or cell phone fence in the front yard and provide a couple of attaack trained Rott Wielers that are very very hungy to roam the property. • Was told that the Anaheim Union HS District, when supervised by the last three Asst. Superintendents of Personnel and Superintendent Joseph Farley, the district NEVER hires any teachers with a 30 Day Emergency Credential... who does Marc Silberman know in the rich and infamous Orange County? Sounds as if the AUHSD is corrupt and self-serving.... while administrators collect exhorbitant salaries to do exactly what POLITICAL leaders want them to do--placing the education of students at their lowest priority. Hopefully, a government agency will research the corruption in the district. Too bad Superintendent Farley just signed another 4 year employment contract, without accountability to the taxpayers for enabling one lawsuit after another since he took over the district. This is embarassing!!!!

• When I go for a job interview It's the life of Brian for me.... I fart in your general direction and sorry we already have one. If she goes for an interview all she has to do in bletch and cross and uncross her legs and wiggle in her chair and stare at the interviewer's, assets and or Present themselves in a very proffessional manner either way they get hired In government some jobs have job sharing, rovers for backup, interns and pages. In private industry your expected to cover all those jobs and the jobs of at least 4 other people om a 24/7 basis and will get fired if you screw up. The deck was uneven right from the start... Maybe we shouldn't build 100 story building in the OC afterall the ground isn't very stable nor are the housewife's we enable. And that no joke I may smell bad and look homely but they really stink and look pretty ah shucks in anything or nothing at all. - can we go on a date? dutch treat? I'm pretty cheap Wahoo's is a treat and Franklin Covey right around the corner. Unfortunately she really does have a mental disorder. And it is traumatizing everyone in her family.

• We need to take a serious look at the HR directors and administrative staff of OC for several reasons 1) Coorupt individuals smear and falsify reports and create subjective versions and lie all the time all there little kies add up until they are easily detected in job interviews are little cum dripers just turn on the charm and present them self as perfect little angles. 2) these perfect little angels then Bait individuals into inappropriate circumstances and win either way. 3) Forensically a trail of all sorts of mean, nasty ugly things lies behind them and no one from there past will wnts to know them. 4) Long term abuse includes migration patterns with entire nieghborhoods turning into ghost towns or continually having the residents disappear under suspisious circumstances. 5) lastly property deed changes or judgements, Social security, pentiions, and bigotry take over communities. 6 Marketing the communities as stepford comunities with mottos like "where the good life is" 7 Then indulging themselves and having anyone else they know or don't know arrested, run into with facked car collisions, ticketed etc. 8) prohibit legal adult activities and use that as a basis for further disenfranshisement. 9) NAnny Gate or Nanny state where Nanny is a slut. WOW sounds like fun where do I sign up, can I have a corner office, or better yet an office with a door a private patio and a personal lunch room and a key to cum and go as I please...

• School administrators are NEVER held accountable for violations of the law or failures to report child endangerment.... When public school budgets get tight, it is the school administrators getting 10% raises, while hard working teachers are laid off or illegally terminated. Who is punished for the potential illegal activity of school administrators? INNOCENT CHILDREN! Superintendent Farley needs to GO!!! Check out how many lawsuits have been filed against the Anaheim Union HS District since Farley took over as Superintendent. See www.occourts.org. One would think Farley and the AUHSD are intentionally profitting from individuals seeking justice in a court of law.

• What the hell is wrong with the people in charge of your schools in OC ?.If it was my son or daughter getting abused by a preditor teacher, i'd kick that teachers ass all the way up the coast to san francisco! tc

• Maybe someone should talk OC Supervisor Chris Norby about the failures to protect children in his district... how many teachers in Norby's district will never be held accountable?

• WOW!!! Who is the Superintendent for Personnel at the Anaheim Union HS District? Or, who are the attorneys and law firms representing the Anaheim Union HS District? What does Superintendent Joseph Farley do nowadays to earn his exhorbitant salary? In the AUHSD, another sexual misconduct allegation was made against Christopher J. Ontiveros on 10/23/09. Ontiveros is a teacher at the infamous Oxford Academy where princess principal Kathy Scott is the supervisor. Kathy Scott failed to report sex allegations committed against a minor child at her former employer, Santa Monica Malibu School District.. and yes, another child was possibly molested because of her failures to report. Is she doing the same Ontiveros also has two outstanding citations posted at www.occourts.org. One is for "Drinking in Public in 2000" and "Driving on a suspended license, etc., in 1998". WOW... great example of AUHSD morals and values---who is doing employee background checks or is Superintendent Farley too business finding ways to employ Father Flannagan's Home for Boys, aka Boys Town. Now, another allegation about Silberman who holds a 30 Day Emergency Credential. Has anyone heard about the sexual misconduct allegedly committed by a Diocese of Orange employee, Jonathan Kim, against a minor child? Last time we heard, the OC Sheriff's Department was investigating the "sensitive" matter. It appears things will all be fine.... the AUHSD has some type of political power and shares it with the Diocese of Orange.... Two former AUHSD teachers, Carlos Melendez and Frank Farsad, never have to register as sex offenders. And, the pedophile capital of Orange County, the Diocese of Orange, now employs former Anaheim Union HS District and Santa Ana Valley Union HS District administor, Tracy Brennan. As always.... business as usual.... and the safety of precious children and those who protect them as mandated employees are placed at the lowest priority. SHAME SHAME SHAME
