North Carolina Pastor to Burn Books of Local "Heretics" Rick Warren, Robert Schuller, and Benny Hinn

• Um, The Bible wasn't created as the King James Version. Go compare a new translation with preserved copies of original manuscripts and you will see that the only things different are small words which don't change the meaning. These people need to become scholars of the word to understand what it is they are really saying. In my eyes, this guy burned the word of God, and that is tantamount to burning Jesus. Thing how angered Jesus would be at that, when he became so angry at merchants for desecrating God's temple.

• I say people like Benny Hinn, Rick Warren, Joel Olseteen etc are wolves in sheeps clothing as it is written. It is also written; that even satan will come as an angel of light :(

• Burning the works of Warren and Schuller and Hinn is just wrong, and stupid! If you want to accomlish something, burn Warren and Schuller and Hinn! Then they can spread their hate in Hell.

• Do you really think that he's so crazy? I don't. I think that what he's doing is absolutely radical, and absolutely necessary in an age full of compromise. He is right that the early church, upon many people coming to salvation, burned all their witchcraft books (Acts). And I know that I am not the only Christian that feels that Christianity in America has become so dull, passive, and pointless outside of the Church, that sinners are blatantly and sometimes forcefully backing us into a corner. I don't know his mind concerning certain Christian writers or artist but I say that if he is being obedient to the voice of the Holy Ghost, then burn away. As a Christian Artist, I am also aware that he deems Contemporary Christian music as wrong. But the truth is, is that most Christian Artist get their inspiration from secular artist! Our policy at Cross/ViZion Music & Missions is zero-tolerance for secular music. So maybe I'm a bit to radical, too. But to God be the glory, I thank God that I follow His leading and not yours.
