• Pepperdine is definitely accredited and a great law school..... it just seems to be that there are many attorneys who have graduated in the 1979 - 1982 years that have joined together in their own legal network of possible conspiracies. Western State... I have no clue about its accreditation. All we know is that it was recently sold but the ABA has to approve it!

• The Red Mass is really outdated. Strangely, Ballog's firm, Sullivan & Ballog, does not appear as a financial sponsor in this year's Red Mass....... one has to wonder what broke the pattern of financial sponsorship by Ballog's firm. Sadly, I do not believe that most of the Judges, attorneys and law firms publicly advertising their financial and religious sponsorship in the annual Red Mass hosted by the Diocese of Orange, understand the appearance of bias they are sending to the public. Does sponsorship in the Red Mass event translate into unfair competition? Afterall, Jewish, Christian and Atheist attorneys do NOT have the opportunity to pray and hobnob with the Orange County bench, with a dinner reception afterwards. Does this mean Catholic attorneys are granted preferential treatment in Orange County courts of law? Do Catholic attorneys have the ear of judicial officers because of the Red Mass common bond and association? Do Red Mass attorneys receive the benefit of case referrals and/or fee sharing agreements?
