Save a kitty in HB!

OCW reader Angela Gargano sent us an SOS this afternoon, and we're passing it onto you. Anyone feel like tree-climbing to save a poor rained-out cat in Huntington Beach?

Here's Angela:

We've had a small cat stuck up in a tree at my apartment for almost 3 days now, through the heavy rains and winds and it's crying. No one seems to be trying to rescue it and I need help. If you have ANY information about who can save this cat please let me know.
