TBN Televangelists Subject of Senate Probe

• I pledged $20/mo several years ago, and never got the magic job. I'm glad I didn't. Believe it or not however, I did get a real healing in my left hip when some sincere believers prayed for me. I couldn't get out of a chair without groaning and that was seven years ago. After I got that healing I began reading the Bible seriously, so I know that the prosperity it mentions is much deeper than money. Solomon didn't lose any of his riches, but lost his kingdom. I didn't lose any money or my faith. It has gotten deeper. I hope that suit succeeds. This prosperity message slandered His name. I hope someone can find out if Jan Crouch lied about her colon cancer healing. I think if that can be proved, someone will go to jail. I think a much more permanent sentence is possible for them. Several tax evasion cases are on their way to court also. That's good.

• its amazing how gulible people are. it appears in the name of god you have a permit to steal. the country needs many forms to expose these crooks.

• After watching TBN's recent money "begathon", a number of us feel that the promises made by the TBN staff and "family" (guests) are not only non-scriptual, but downright fraudulent. To promise financially stapped people that if they take the only money they have and send it to TBN, God will give them new cars, houses, health, ect, is both immoral and criminal behavior of the lowest scheme or con. Many innocent persons have been swindled out of money they can't afford to loose, all in the name of "giving to Jesus". Can you see Jesus on that program begging poor people to send him their food and medicine income. For this cause of the damage to many, many persons, we are organizing a "class action" lawsuit against TNB and it's partners that participate in this criminal behavior. I would ask that you pass on this email to any persons that you may be aware of that have made donations or pledeges to TBN's telethon.

News Media: Please continue in your effort in reporting and questioning the spending of Creflo Dollar and other ministries that are filling their personal pockets and doing nothing for the community. These ministries have their friends to establish nonprofit organizations. Then, they contribute to their friends nonprofit organizations giving the appearance that they are helping the community. They are exploiting and misusing the poor and weak minded. Please keep up the good work. Do not be afraid. It is wrong how many of these mega churches are exploiting their poor to middle income members. The IRS needs to find so way of dealing with this wide-spread tax fraud and tax evasion. If not, they will keep getting away with tax evasion. What is the IRS going to do about this? Are they fearful of the fearless? __________________________________________________

• Only in America can you take everything to the limit and the televangelists have done just that. Raking poor and old people for cash is simply not the best and highest use of the airwaves -- and it just isn't very Christian. If Benny Hinn is such a miracle worker let him show up in congress and get them to move their asses, on anything -- then I'll believe he is a miracle worker. Is it a coincidence that Paul Crouch is a doppledanger for hmm....SATAN? Paula White is the newest snake charmer gathering loot from poor black people. It works, she has a private jet and a nookie pad in Trump Tower. The spawn of Oral Roberts misusing money comes as a real shocker. Another miracle worker covorting on stage like his nuts were attached to a cattle prod. I hate government interferece but these God-addicts have themselves to blame for not knowing when to stop. Amen.
