• Hodgman and Stukenholtz are only two former employees of the Diocese of Orange who are free to sexually abuse others because the Diocese did NOT follow mandated reporting laws. Think about how many former members of the clergy that were credibly accused of sex abuse are also free to roam the streets, never being monitored for sex crimes that destroyed the lives of children and families. Again, the Diocese cares less about protecting children and ignored mandated reporting laws. The Diocese is now caught in a web of deceit that will only continue to reveal one lie after another.... all because the Diocese cared more about public image and its financial portfolio than demanding sexual predator employees answer to the laws of the land. Courage of abuse victims, their families and their attorneys are constantly criticized in the press but yet, think about how many precious children are safer today because the Church is losing ground in silencing and intimidating victims of sex crimes and mandated reporters. Will Bishop Brown ever take off his blinders and thank the survivors the way they deserved to be thanked??? Stukenholtz, like many other former employees of the Diocese of Orange accused of "inappropriate sexual relations with a former student," ESCAPED criminal charges and prosecutions -- all thanks to the Diocese of Orange's political, government, law enforcement and religious influences within the OC District Attorney's office and the OC Sheriff's Dept. What type of deal did Stukenholtz make with Diocesan of Orange attorneys, Callahan, Ballog, Peffer and Schinderle? Did he make the same deal that Jeffrey Andrade, an admitted sexual predator, make with the Diocese of Orange attorneys? Did Stukenholtz also admit to sexual misconduct but because he disappeared into the sunset, the Diocese of Orange FORGOT to report mandated sex crimes committed against a minor child? WOW -- what happens to Diocese of Orange employees who ARE NOT accused of inappropriate sexual misconduct with a student, BUT make a personal choice to participate in a law enforcement investigation and prosecution of felony gun charges and/or sex abuse crimes committed against innocent children? 1. BLACKLISTED, DEFAMED and ABANDONED by a Catholic community of peers, friends and families because Diocesan Legal Counsel threatened employees at Santa Margarita Catholic HS not to speak with the employee who sought justice in a court of law, after years of denied due process, hate crimes, defamation, retaliation and sexual harassment, without corrective action. 5. CHILDREN of employee were not able to complete their senior year at Santa Margarita Catholic HS because during a meeting, employee was told that someone at Santa Margarita Catholic HS would feel uncomforable if the children attended the high school and graduated with their class of 2003. 6. A WOMAN SCORNED, also a life-long employee at Santa Margarita Catholic HS, was allowed to defame, harass, retaliate, bad-mouth employee's wife and conspire with the Diocese of Orange General Counsel and its legal advisors, with intent to destroy the employee's career and family because he sought justice in a court of law. 7. CRIMES involving PERJURY, OBSTRUCTIONS OF JUSTICE, LEGAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, HATE CRIMES AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES within the Diocese of Orange continue today, thanks to the refusals of the OC District Attorney and the OC Sheriff's Department to take corrective and/or enforcement action against the politically connected Diocese of Orange executive management team. To the Diocese of Orange, Legal Advisors, the OC District Attorney and OC Sheriff: YOU ARE A DISGRACE to the social justice teachings of the Catholic Church, all churches and the civil rights of all children and employees to be safe from POLITICAL corruption and obstructions of justice.
