Community Service: Doggystyle

The Doggfather, Snoop Doggie Dogg, will be sporting an orange jumpsuit and picking up trash in a local Orange County park soon. Unfortunately, authorities are refusing to name when or where the community service will take place. Apparently they think some people would be interested in stopping by to take pictures and ask where they could get a good pot connection. . . not me, I promise.

Surprisingly, the punishment does not stem from the Dogg's love of weed, but from possession of a deadly weapon, namely: a baton. A baton that was confiscated right here in OC's good old John Wayne Airport. Snoop claims his deadly weapon was a prop for a video he was shooting in New York, but the authorities suspected otherwise. Snoop could have been attempting a total plane take over.

So, Long Beach's favorite gangsta rapper plead guilty to felony possession and was sentenced on October 10 to his punishment of raking leaves (not smoking them), picking up trash (not smoking it) and painting benches (possibly huffing fumes) at a local park. The felony conviction will be reduced to a misdemeanor if Snoop doesn't break the law for one year. Bitch, please.
