Fullerton's about to get a lot less fun for drinkers. A 45-day moratorium on ABC permits was just approved, which, among other things, will ban "happy hour" prices and restrict sale times to between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m., except on Friday and Saturday, when two extra hours will be generously granted.
In related news, I will not be going to Fullerton any time soon. A more narcissistic writer (if one exists!) might suggest that was the point all along.
