OC Fair: The Mad dogs and Englishmen strategy

The heat has been wilting the attendance numbers at the OC Fair, so the Fair, concerned that Noël Coward may have gotten it right when he claimed that only "Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun" and realizing that the rabid and the British form a very limited fair-going demographic, is making a special effort to attract locals who value a bargain more than their core body temperatures.
