Nope, we still don't have an official
Coachella lineup yet (grr), but rumored/"confirmed" names keep popping up, the most recent and notable being famed former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney.

Consequence of Sound have moved him to their "confirmed" list; he's currently promoting
Electric Arguments, the third album released from his "The Fireman" collaboration with producer Youth, so it's not totally out of the question though it would be, of course, sort of weird. Coachella dipped its feet into the classic rock pond last year, with Roger Waters headlining the third day, but Macca would arguably (and it's a strong argument) be the most famous performer at the festival yet--I mean, he's the most famous person most places he goes, so what can you really say?

Another website also has its assumptions for this years line-up.
He as well from the whispers I've heard from reliable sources that the line-up will be released on Monday.

More rumors that have floated since last fall:
No Doubt to open up their tour before Bamboozle in Jersey. Instead of Kanye West as the surprise guest at KROQ's Almost Acoustic Christmas, No Doubt was to be unannounced artist. AAC rumor was she was to do a duet with Robert Smith and the Cure.
David Bowie - yes, possible. Why? He's due back in the states, it's been 6-ish years and plus it's David Bowie!
U2 to open up their US Tour to support the release of thier new album. Which is set to be release on March 2nd (NME). This is one of the biggest rumors and highly possible. Can the Polo grounds support the Coachella crowd?
Phish has been handed around; they will be in Virginia in March to warm up for thier summer tour. But it's possible.
