The only thing with more roots in Orange County than Steve Martin is the 118-year-old palm tree growing in Adventureland.

Coincidentally, Martin's career began next to that bark-covered behemoth inside Disneyland, where he sold guidebooks on weekends before graduating to full-time employee inside Merlin's Magic shop at Fantasyland, where Martin first learned how to charm an audience. (He also sold fake vomit).

Recently Morrissey was forced to cancel a concert in Atlanta due to an illness which also affected his crew. The cancellation marked the fourth time Morrissey has cancelled a show in Atlanta since December 2012.

Morrissey recently debuted a new track titled "Kick the Bride Down the Aisle" during a Boston concert. Rolling Stone described the song's lyrics as a "sarcastically misogynistic warning someone not to marry a Dickensian battle axe" and said the music "plays out more like a funereal dirge than a wedding march".

The track will appear on Morrissey's upcoming album World Peace Is None of Your Business, which drops July 15th.

Feel free to browse some of the best Morrissey fan art on etsy while you patiently await the full recovery of the former frontman of The Smiths.

The Best Parodies of the Black Flag Logo on Etsy

We love a good parody tee or accoutrement, especially when it spotlights a legendary Hermosa Beach-native punk band. Here are some of the most humorous Black Flag items on etsy.

The band is currently traversing the U.S. during their 'Victimology' tour.
During an interview with Rolling Stone, new lead singer Mike Vallely shared about his outlook for the band:

"Greg figured, if he were to relaunch Black Flag, it'd be cool to do it with someone who sang in the band... We feel that, generally, the band fell short in 2013 because of a difference in the philosophies of Ron and Greg - it just led to dysfunction... It could have been better. [Black Flag] can be a stronger, more cohesive, tighter band. We want to prove that... Greg just felt like, 'I don't want the Black Flag name to fizzle out with this or be tainted with this record that's proven to be subpar compared to what the expectations for it were... He told me he made a mistake by working with Ron and trying to pander to a sort of old-school thing. He just thought that I was the guy for the job... I'm not gonna say no to that."

Lily Allen Fan Art, You Really Must Own

Lily Allen has revealed that she turned down the role of princess Yara Greyjoy (now played by Gemma Whelan) in the TV series Game of Thrones, playing opposite her brother, Alfie because it felt too much like incest.

Allen recently explained her rationale during a Reddit Ask Me Anything:
"They asked me if I'd be interested in playing Theon's sister. I felt uncomfortable because I would have had to go on a horse and he would have touched me up and shit. Once they told me what was entailed, I said no thanks."

Despite turning down the part, Allen said she'd still be "open to" appearing on Game of Thrones. She would just prefer "a musical cameo like Sigur Rós".

The Black Keys have returned! The band performed "Fever" and "Bullet in the Brain" on SNL last Saturday. The tracks are from Turn Blue, the band's latest studio album which dropped this week. The album was co-produced by Danger Mouse and contains more keyboard than previous albums.

Dan Auerbach recently produced Lana Del Rey's upcoming album, Ultraviolence. The two met in New York, weren't very familiar with each other's music, and wound up working on Del Rey's album for two weeks. Auerbach credits Del Rey for influencing him to create more personal lyrics, as heard on Turn Blue.

Auerbach raved about Del Rey during a recent interview: "She sang live with a seven-piece band," he told Rolling Stone. "That's the whole record - a seven-piece band with her singing live. It was crazy."

To celebrate the release of Turn Blue, we've curated a collection of the best Black Keys fan art on etsy.

Last month, it was announced Brandon Boyd would be starring as Judas Iscariot in Jesus Christ Superstar, alongside Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols, JC Chasez of 'N Sync, and Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child. Talk about an eclectic cast!

"I'm not a religious person, but I think that you don't need to be religious to appreciate the impact that this story has had on the world," Boyd told Rolling Stone. "People have been killing each other over it for a couple thousand years now."

Jesus Christ Superstar will be performed in 51 cities in the U.S. and Canada this summer. To celebrate Boyd's musical theater debut, we've gathered the best Boyd fan art from etsy and Society6.

Nearly 27 years ago, the Beastie Boys were on top of the charts with Licensed to Ill, their debut album which spent seven weeks in the number one spot before being usurped by U2's The Joshua Tree.

After the loss of band member Adam Yauch, Adam Horovitz (Ad-Rock) and Mike Diamond (Mike D) slowly reentered the music scene last summer with a few unexpected collaborations.

The Beastie Boys teamed up with Nixon to create four limited edition watches. Proceeds benefit NYC PArks - Adam Yauch Park. More info can be found at beastieboys.com.

The park, which was rechristened Adam Yauch Park, last May is located in Brooklyn and was the setting "for some of Yauch and his family's fondest memories".

In memory of happier times bearing the entire Beastie trio, we present the best Beastie Boys fan art on etsy.

This badass Beastie Boys print of an original watercolor by AdelleINK (above) is a steal at $13-15 dollars.

The Smashing Pumpkins may be a defunct band who endured one of the messiest band breakups to date, but their music perforates the airwaves as often as it did in 1993.

The band will reissue their fourth LP, 1998's Adore, in a six-disc box set, featuring Bob Ludwig-remastered version of the album, as well as a live DVD from the band's 1998 tour and three discs (yes, three!) of unreleased material.

Fans can also rejoice, knowing that Billy Corgan will be releasing a new experimental solo album dubbed AEGEA. The album will have a limited edition of 250 press copies, each edition hand numbered by Corgan himself.

Feel free to browse our curated collection of Smashing Pumpkins fan art from etsy while you wait for the album releases.

Mrs. Courtney Love Cobain kept it classy at Nirvana's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony last Thursday.

"I have a big speech, but I'm not gonna say it," Love said. "We all start bands when we're kids and this is my family I'm looking at right now."

She later tweeted kind words to and about Krist Novelselic and a photo of the exact moment when the hatchet was buried between her and long-term adversary Dave Grohl...
