The Five Must See EDM Acts at Coachella, Weekend 2
Week two of Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is upon us and with it comes the grueling decisions on which stages to spend the most of your precious time. For EDM aficionados it's easy to think electronic dance music is limited to the pulsating lights of the Sahara tent. Yet in a recent Coachella culture where dance music and electronic bands are increasingly popular (think Calvin Harris on the main stage last week), we noticed there's plenty of diverse artists all over to get your dance fix. So to make life easier for you weekend 2 festival goers, we broke down the Five Must See EDM Acts at Coachella

Yuma 8:45 - 10:00
Straight from the All Gone Pete Tong show at Sound Nightclub on Wednesday night, Mladen Solomun comes back to the Coachella Yuma tent to give us a taste of what his Diynamic Neon Nights are like in Ibiza. The Hamburg-based artist is a rare treat in the states as he takes you on a journey of underground dance music including his most recent Broken Bells remix of "Holding On For Life" and Samson EP. You get two chances to catch the house music mastermind--5pm at the Heineken House with cool air conditioning and fresh beers or getting lost in the booming bass of the Yuma tent at 8:45pm Friday.

Sahara 8:15 - 9:15
For those seeking a tight performance and '90s nostalgia, we recommend seeing the British born Norman Cook, better known by his stage name Fatboy Slim, in the Sahara tent. Let's face it, the 50 year old EDM vet knows a thing or two about DJing and making a crowd put their hands up (without actually having to say it over the microphone). With more than three decades of music in his arsenal which includes his own edits and mash-ups of today's hits perfectly spliced with unknown underground tracks to old school classics, this was one of the most enjoyable sets at the Sahara tent last weekend.

Gobi 9:35 - 10:25
Christian "Bloodshy" Karlsson of Miike Snow and Linus Eklow better known as Style of Eye are both successful producers on their own having worked with artists such as Britney Spears and Icona Pop. Together they formed Galantis and made their duo debut at Coachella just weeks after the release of their self-titled EP. With tracks like "You" and "Smile" already on every EDM head's radar the electro pop synths resonated from the Gobi tent last week and left fans yearning for more. Catch them now because the seafox wearing artists only have six North American tour dates after Coachella.
