Rock The Bells To Feature "Virtual Performances" of Ol' Dirty Bastard and Eazy-E

Categories: breaking news

Last night, this year's lineup for the 10th annual Rock The Bells show in San Bernardino was announced and there seems to be a little bit for every type of hip-hop fan out there.

The big news is that after last year's Tupac hologram sighting at Coachella, Rock The Bells is going to double that with the appearance of "original virtual performances" of both Ol' Dirty Bastard and Eazy-E during the respective sets of Wu-Tang Clan and Bone Thugs N Harmony. So basically, that's two holograms for the same low price.

Alumni like Black Hippy, Common, Curren$y, E-40 & Too $hort and last year's headliner Kid Cudi are on the bill as well as the recently reunited Jurassic 5. If that's not enough, Odd Future members Tyler, The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt along with Danny Brown, Juicy J, Hit-Boy and Brother Ali are there for younger fans.

Unlike years past, the event has been moved from the NOS Events Center to San Manuel Amphitheater and from the third week of August to the first weekend of September (that would be Sept. 7 and 8).

Pre-sale tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. and go through Friday night at 10 p.m. Tickets go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m.

Check the Rock The Bells website for more info and see below for the entire lineup.
