Coachella Lineup Announced!

​Hipsters of the world unite! After a long wait, the Coachella lineup has been announced. The festival, as promised, will span six days over two weekends in April (13-15, 20-22). As usual, the festival features an indie-friendly lineup; however, there are a couple of prominent names returning to the spotlight this year.

Let's start with Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg headlining Sunday night. I think the last time these legends played a proper show together was the Up In Smoke Tour back in 2000, so this should be a treat. Ditto for the reunion of Brit-pop icons Pulp.

As expected--and predicted on Heard Mentality--the Black Keys and Radiohead will
be headlining Friday and Saturday nights respectively, along with Sunday night's the At The Drive-In reunion. And if you were looking for local acts, OC will be well represented this year, with the aforementioned Snoop, Long Beach's the Growlers, and the Head and The Heart on the bill.
