Rene Brenner, aka DJ DC, has been spinning tracks at Yost Theater since last Sunday, October 2nd, and is attempting to break the current world record set of 121 hours.

Not one to be satisfied with "good enough" the Austrian plans to continue emceeing way past the record breaking mark -- well over 150+ hours by his set's end time on October 8th.

If you, like us, were wondering how the music-man has managed to go on for so long sans basics of human survival (eating, sleeping, watching "Jersey Shore") -- rest assured that the DJ hasn't gone entirely without ; he has been given five minutes of rest time at the end of every hour to take care of business.

The public is advised to arrive at 7 p.m. sharp, so as not to miss the record-breaking moment, which'll happen roughly around 7:50 p.m. Watch it go down at Yost Theater, 307 N. Spurgeon Street in Santa Ana.
